The Macallan Sherry Oak 18 Year Old

The Macallan Sherry Oak 18 Years Old forms part of our Sherry Oak range which features a series of single malt whiskies matured exclusively in hand-picked sherry seasoned oak casks from Jerez for richness and complexity. A full bodied palate of mature oak, ginger and raisin flavors is complimented by a light mahogany natural color.

Color: Light mahogany.
Aroma: Treacle tart with stem ginger, soaked raisins and sultanas with a hint of orange and ground cinnamon.
Flavor: Soft and rich, with flavors of dark chocolate coated ginger with dates and dried apricots, balanced with oak and the sweetness of vanilla.
Finish: Lingering with dried fruits, ginger and oak.
