Whiskey

Every major style — bourbon, rye, Scotch, Irish, Canadian, Japanese and American whiskey — plus a rotating allocated shelf for hard-to-find bottles.

It's a regional spelling, not a different drink. The U.S. and Ireland use 'whiskey'; Scotland, Canada and Japan use 'whisky'. Same category, different tradition.

Neat shows the fullest flavor, a few drops of water open the aromas, and ice smooths and chills it (though ice also mutes the aromatics). There's no wrong way — pour it how you enjoy it.

Unopened, whiskey lasts indefinitely. Once opened it stays good for a year or two, oxidizing slowly — faster as the bottle empties. Store it upright, cool, and out of sunlight.
