How long does white wine last after opening?
Light whites and rosé keep 3–5 days (some up to a week) sealed in the fridge; richer, oaked whites like Chardonnay oxidize a bit faster. Always re-cork and refrigerate.
What temperature should white wine be served at?
Crisp whites like Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Grigio shine cold, around 45–50°F; fuller whites like oaked Chardonnay show more character slightly warmer, 50–55°F. Over-chilling mutes flavor, so pull it out a few minutes before pouring.
What's the difference between a dry and a sweet white?
