Shipping Policy

Order Fulfillment: We aim to fulfill your order within 2 business days of purchase.

Shipping Times: Please allow 5-7 business days for shipping within New York State.

Important Notice: Due to New York State Liquor Authority (SLA) regulations, we are only able to ship alcoholic beverages to addresses within New York State. Orders placed with shipping addresses outside of New York will be automatically cancelled.

Age Verification:

• By placing an order, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older and are in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the purchase of alcoholic beverages.
• A valid form of government-issued ID will be required upon delivery to verify your age.
• We reserve the right to refuse delivery if the recipient is unable to provide proper identification or is under the age of 21.

Additional Information:

• Adult signature required for all deliveries.
• We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
• Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the order weight and destination.
