Fully matured barrels were shipped to Singapore and rested for 18 months in a warehouse with no climate control, where the heat and humidity pushed the bourbon deeper into the wood. Bottled at 104 proof, it's bolder than Jefferson's Ocean, with caramel, toffee and tropical fruit up front, baking spice in the middle and a faint sea-salt note on the finish.
