Built from 11 individual components aged between 16 and 22 years, Batch 012 is anchored by a 2009 corn whisky matured in heavily toasted, air-seasoned new American oak — the first Found North batch designed entirely around a new-wood component.

The result is a rich, layered pour of burnt brown sugar and roasted marshmallow, with deep vanilla, warm baking spice, and a long, oak-driven finish. Bottled at full cask strength and non-chill filtered with no coloring or additives, this is a whisky for collectors and serious sippers alike.
