How to Drink Japanese Whisky
The Japanese serve their whisky as highballs — 1 part whisky to 3–4 parts cold sparkling water over a tall column of ice, lemon twist. It's the most refreshing whisky drink ever invented, and Suntory Toki was practically engineered for it. For sipping, neat at room temperature with a few drops of water.
Pairings
Sushi (especially fatty tuna), grilled yakitori, dark chocolate with sea salt, hard cheeses. Avoid heavy/spicy food — the whisky's nuance will be lost.
