At Buffalo House Liquor & Wines, we are committed to promoting responsible alcohol consumption and complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing the sale and distribution of alcoholic beverages.

Age Verification

All customers must be at least 21 years of age to purchase alcoholic beverages. We verify age at the time of purchase both online and in-store. Our website features an age verification gate that requires all visitors to confirm they are of legal drinking age before browsing our products.

For delivery orders, a valid government-issued photo ID showing the recipient is 21 years of age or older is required at the time of delivery. No exceptions will be made.

We Do Not Promote Irresponsible Consumption

Buffalo House Liquor & Wines does not promote, encourage, or condone:

Drinking by individuals under the legal drinking age of 21
Excessive or binge drinking
Drinking and driving or operating machinery while intoxicated
Any claim that alcohol consumption provides health, therapeutic, or medicinal benefits
Any suggestion that drinking alcohol improves social, sexual, professional, intellectual, or athletic standing

Know Your Limits

We encourage all of our customers to drink responsibly and to know their limits. If you choose to drink, please:

Designate a sober driver or use a rideshare service

Pace yourself and alternate with water
Never pressure others to drink
Be aware of how alcohol interacts with any medications
